| ~Any referral made to Tea
for Two or Lee Temporaries by any former or current employee is eligble
for this program. ~Referral must not conflict with any existing relationships, commitments, or contracts made between employee and another agency or client. ~Referral must become a client who uses our service for a minimum of 3 weeks for full time placements or 80 hours. ~Referral must use our service for no less than 15 hours per week for the first 30 days of service. ~Any referral that does not translate into a placement of one or more of our staff is eligible for a drawing of a $50 gift certificate. ~All referrals qualifying for bonus must be documented and agreed to by the referred client in the initial contract signed by that client. ~A bonus is rewarded for the initial agreement/contact with referred client only. Any changes or upgrades of service will not be considered a referral. ~Bonus will be awarded once client has received scheduled service by Tea for Two/Lee Temporaries. Type and amount of service must be equivalent or greater than hours specified above. ~Tea for Two/Lee Temporaries reserves the right to change or modify this program without notice. Tea for Two/Lee Temporaries has sole authority over the referral process and all aspects of the program. Tea for Two/Lee Temporaries shall be the ruling authority over any and all disputes and any decisions made by Tea for Two/Lee Temporaries are final. |
