Our Fees and
Guarantees (Lee Temporaries)
Lee Temporaries are employed by us- we take care of the costs of recruiting, interviewing, and testing. We handle all the paperwork and tax deductions. Your role is to sign their time slips. Lee Temporaries will send you an invoice for the time worked. You will find our rates reasonable and attractive. You will be charged an hourly rate in accordance with the specific skill level of the temporary.
Lee Temporaries may be obtained for a minimum of 4 hours or longer. If within that 4-hour time frame you are not 100% satisfied with the job performance of an individual, you will not be charged for that time. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every one of our employees.
Many
Lee Temps are seeking permanent employment. Should you desire to
permanently hire your temporary, they may be released to you following
the guidelines used for permanent placements through Sallie Hamilton
Personnel, Inc.
