- It is your responsibility to call us when you are available
for work. It is only necessary to call once a week. If you
do not call in a three week period it is considered a voluntary quit.
- If you have a problem while on assignment, DO NOT WALK
OFF! Finish the shift and notify us for reassignment. NEVER
take an assignment if you do not intend to show up for work.
Walking off the job or not showing up for work results in immediate
dismissal. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- As an employee of Lee Temporaries you may use client-owned
equipment on assignments. If you do not return the equipment at
the end of the assignment, Lee Temporaries will deduct the full amount
of the equipment from your paycheck.
- Upon completion of an assignment (or temporary shutdown)
you are required to inform Lee Temporaries of your availability.
Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary quit. The
Michigan Unemployment Law requires an employee to seek additional work
from his/her employer upon completion of an assignment. Failure
to seek additional work upon completion of an assignment could result
in denial of unemployment benefits.
- The use of company phones for personal calls on company
time is prohibited. Long distance calls at any time are expressly
prohibited and will result in dismissal. Use Lee Temporaries'
number for emergencies.
- Timecards must be completely filled out, signed and
received by our office no later than noon (12 pm) on Mondays. We

need a clean copy to issue you a check. IF YOUR TIMECARD IS
RECEIVED LATE IT WILL BE PROCESSED WITH THE NEXT WEEK'S PAYROLL.
All checks are mailed Friday morning. Employees may pick up their
checks in person between 2 and 5pm on Thursday. CHECKS ARE NOT
AVAILABLE BEFORE 2pm.
- Absences/Sick Days: Dependability is a must! If

result in termination.
- Tardiness: Arrive on time to work. It is better to be
15 minutes early than 1 minute late! Excessive tardiness will
result in termination.

with coworkers or with supervisors at your work assignment. Any
issues of pay should be discussed with Lee Temporaries.
Discussion of pay with other temporaries/coworkers is grounds for
immediate dismissal.
